More info re type of camper van. We thought we were getting a 2 berth hi top. Ended up with a Sprinter, basic. No power connection and no heat unless we ran the engine. A tad cool when it's 4^C.

We were not made aware of the insurance excesse ia need option to pay the insurance until we arrived at the desk? We felt that a note about the insurance requirements should be on the website upfront. Apart from that we were impressed in the manner in which we were advised and treated.

Only one comment - an email to ensure that the driver knows exactly where the desk is in Christchurch Airport. The person on the Information Desk was unaware as to where you were situated and necessitated three phone calls.
