I took out the extra insurance for windscreen etc. A rock from roadworks was thrown up and broke windscreen.Apollo would not give back fuel allowance because vehicle was involved in 'accident'. Not happy

I tried to contact on 2 separate occasions, by chat and email, to amend the dates for my booking, and received no response. Very poor customer service.

Some rental operators do not require you to return the car with petrol in the tank, while others require a full tank on return. It would be good to have each operator clarify their policy when listing on your website

When doing a search on the website, once a departure location is selected, it “locks” to that departure location - you have to go back to back to the Transfercar homepage rather then just being able to choose a new departure location

I have had great experiences thus far. Although a clearly understanding from rental agents about Free Ferry or Free tank of Gas would be good, so Renters aren't shocked to find out they need to pay and that they will be reimbursed in up to 14days.
