I think it should be no insurance excess in the event of an accident. After paying for the no excess insurance I was informed that there is no cover for the the roof or the chassis. Very odd and very vague.

No, from your end it all went very well. Europcar was lovely to deal with but unfortunately took nearly and hour to have my car ready. This was disap as I missed out on an appointment as a result.

No I really like transferring cars. More fuel offers would be good as I didn't get one on last vehicle. I would have put a 10 however I don't like telling too many people or I will miss out on the good deals. Thank you for your service.
