The communication is very bad , when I pick up the car, I asked questions to the agency , they told me , we don’t know anything , please ask to transfer car . When I asked to transfer car, they told me to ask to the agency. I still do not have my money back for the bond and nobody can tell me when I will receive it . furthermore it was written in the announce ( 150 $ included for the fuel without any receipt and at the end of the trip , I finally have to give the receipts that I didn’t keep.

The KM limit was the only disappointing thing. Went over it easily and was disappointing to get a fine. Otherwise was great!

Well I do have one problem which needs resolving . I took a car from Nelson to Christchurch and was to take another on to Queenstown .... however they asked me to take the first car all the way and would not fill it up ... I had to put 85 dollars of fuel in to complete the journey , that was not in the agreement , can you look into it . As this was my first experience of hopefully many .... as I can do this on a regular basis Thanks Mike
