Probably not. People just have to realise that they won't know if they have a car until very close to the date and there is no guarantee. Supply and demand, I guess.

When i booked the car, on the website it said its a Diesel SUV and $20 per day for no excess fee. Whereas i was given a petrol SUV and i was charged $27 per day for no excess.
