I had made two bookings one of them turned out to be appolo on the booking is said there be 0 bond when I rolled up to Apollo they charged me $20 a day to have the bond at $250 so this makes your $1 a day into $21 a day should you should advertise, just so clearly understand that this is the fee for the bond not to reduce the insurance the bond that you claim on the booking to have no bond. The second booking with blitz once again nothing on the booking mention anything about a bond in fact was a bond had nothing zero and then when I roll up to pick it up they wanted $1000 Bond that's fair enough if you know about it but if you're not aware of it its very embarrassing when you get there, so it will be great if you could say what the bond is on the booking, you've got a spot for it use it

Not that I can think of at present. The staff from Transfer Car have been excellent as have the staff at each of rental collection and drop off points. The only two negatives and not controlled by Transfer Car have been the answer time to a request … over 24 hours, request expired, request resubmitted and answer received within 5 minutes! Secondly would be the inability to reduce the excess to a zero with some of the rental companies. Obviously more than happy to pay extra for that facility.
