The concept is nice but for my relocation I had a faulty dashboard screen, no lights for fuel, speed, water..very dangerous.The 1st day, I couldn't drive from 5.45pm but the 2nd day I would need to deliver the car, so I had to drive on highway, peak hour without any information. I was late, I informed the Sydney agency beginning afternoon but after working hours no emergency number. I sent an email to confirm the delivery and complain.3 days later, still no answer. I'm really unsatisfied..Please, make sure to provide car in good condition, it is the minimum for obvious safety reasons.Thanks

I was sent back coz my name was not printed on my bank card. Actually I would like to suggest, if the person has all the detail accurately and the signature on the bank card, This point is not important, and other thing is from the office said $200 gonna hold untill I return the car, Actually it has been deducted and took 3 days to refund. In my case taking a flight is more cheaper. I would like to hear from the management what are the steps taken to improve these suggestions. Thanks Stefan

Just make the $100 bond that some places do a bit more known... as I was not aware I would have to wait 2 weeks to get it back. Otherwise awesome!

when you say 2 days ,you actually only allow one 24hrs not 48??its abit confusing.. how about some more petrol free cars plse..thnx
