Talk clear. I thought that the insurance was included becasue when I request the car there was write: Insurance -- Yes . That to me means that is included. When I arrived there they asked me 25 nzd per day, saying that any insurance was included. They just said to me that yes, to them means Yes you can apply for insurance. That is completely unclear. So specify better next time!!!

I want to know which company im applying to. Like Apex rentals treated my friend appalingly-i want to avoid them. The rental company is immeadiately given my name and details...the courtesy needs to be reciprocal. Also, the car company should include correct name of contact person for discussing/refining details. Rather than the obscure signator who doesnt bother replying at all irrespective of emails and messages left. My time is important too!
