I apologise for having to change pick up dates due to airport disruption. I did advise at the pick up point but the information was not passed to the dropoff point, so they were worried when i hadn't dropped the vehicle according to the old information they still had. Other than this I was really impressed with this service. Will definitely consider doing this again. Many thanks,

It would have been really helpful to know where the rental place was. Because Ace was 'near the airport' - but too far to walk- no taxi would take me and finally when I was able to phone them I found out that they had a complementary pick-up. Perfect in the end but a bit of a rigmarole. Thanks - you're great!
