Have consistant conditions for all rentals. It can be confusing with different conditions eg bonds, insurance etc. Speed up response time.

would be nice to get a response from support... would have booked three two additional cars for the route we had to take but there was conflicting information on one of the cars and i couldn't contact anyone to confirm (i did email no response) .. therefore didn't end up booking.
