Not really besides having an option to choose a vehicle size that you are trying to transfer . We had a lot of luggage we needed to get home and struggled but managed to get it in the car.

Show the true photo of the car as online it was leather seats, but instead it’s material seats, otherwise it’s so easy, service is very good!

it would be nice to be able to see what the excess reduction costs are in advance - but appreciate that with many firms (all with different rates) using your site, it must be difficult to support this.
