I think the system is awesome, respond very quickly. However, the company that I had, ace rental, really disappointed me. 1. I requested a RAV4 or a similar car, but they gave me a corella hatch back at last without any early inform, our luggage(4people) couldn’t fit into that tiny car so it’s a bit danger when luggage covered part of back window. 2. I put a wrong date on my drop off day, but when I try to reach them, all my emails are blocked by their system. I understood it’s my mistake, but I think this shouldn’t happen in a car rental company as connection between company and customers is so important. Sorry to complain this with you, I still had a great trip with the relocation car:)

It’s probably not your fault, but it clearly says even though you have been told by us your transfer is accepted don’t book tickets until you get confirmation from the rental company, I waited and I contacted you and still I waited. It was the day before and I rang the rental Company they said oh yeah sorry you should have been told. Also when I got there as I could not book tickets I did not know what time I was going to get there, they said my reservation was for 8 am I got there at 10, they said they had no car for me, As I was not there on time. Lucky they decided to find me another car but I had to wait for nearly 2 hours before they found a car.

The only thing that would have made it better was a dissemination of rental agencies that included the Ferry crossing cost in the arrangement.
