Be more clear on the return of the keys of the vehicle, nobody was at the office in Christchurch so I just dropped off the keys to the car, had someone hit or damaged the car while it was parked and I was not around I could have been liable and my deposit taken from me unfairly. This didn’t put my mind at ease seen as 90% of the people parking around the car where Asian tourists who where struggling to park and getting extremely close to the vehicle. Other than this it was a great experience and a bloody useful system so thanks heaps 🤙

Everything was lovely. The only thing to note was that the car’s tyres were quite low and so the tyre pressure light went on half way through our drive.

A little bit upset when I picked up car from thirty Nelson airport . Got told no marks or anything on car. Was a lot of damage on car. And signed on sheet as beien groomed. But no. I did ring and let car rental company no. Have done a lot of relos. This being worst one. Cheers Barry

It’s a great scheme for we retirees! Esp as modern fuel consumption so good. Negotiations re insurance are a “ hidden cost” - otherwise very sizeable excess. We are delivering a car to invercargil tomorrow - then need to get back to Dunedin. The former not always listed as a pick up option. (If you spot something maybe let us know!) thanks
