Make delivery destination clear for newbies. Thought we had booked to deliver to Akl airport, turned out to be Khyber Pass. Learning experience for us.

My relocation was accepted with a American Express. Later I found out that the company didn’t accept American Express, luckily I had a Visa, but if I didn’t I would have been forced to cancel the reservation and that would have implied a cost for me (apart from the flight I took and the sudden unorganised trip days) You should let us know “Travelwheels will not accept this same card for the bond” before we submit the application. Apart from that, everything was okay.

The insurance was pretty high if there would be any damage. Maybe an option to pay a bit more so when there's damage don't have to pay 3,700 dollars. It made driving pretty uncomfortable for me with that in the back of my mind. And that doesn't make me a better driver at the same time ;)

Please pay our $80 towards the ferry crossing as was promised and understood when we transferred the car from Christchurch to Auckland. This really is not good enough. Jill Davis
