A form where we can put how many people we are travelling with and how much luggage, so the rental will accept if they have the car that fits. As there was not this option when asking for the car. I had to pay an upgrade. Even if there is an option accepting to pay an upgrade would be nice. Another thing is to be able to select more than one location for pick up and drop off. For example. Sydney: airport, inner suburbs... I could only select one. So these improvements would be really helpful! Thank you
