Car delivery time past closing hours (key drop off)

Transferred 2 cars, companies replied within an hour and it was an excellent way to travel. When we tried to get a third there were 12 cars shown as available but the companies never responded. I understand this isn't the fault of transfercar itself however it does show me that perhaps there are listings that don't necessarily exist, leaving us questioning the reliability of the service
