Making it clearer that the airport branch is actually inside the airport in Queenstown as there's actually Hertz building just outside which comes up on Google. Making insurance cheaper.

In Aussie car was mildly dirty inside but picked up on Brooke - dropped off in Perth to another company. Was charged $225 for cleaning. Perth guy said people pay $$$ to drive west coast and car must be perfect/detailed. I took car to car wash and vacuum, but he wanted vents cleaned, complained that there was dirt under car’s bottom side etc. original company pickup didn’t give paperwork when requested because “ it was at corporate office etc”. Maybe have better system with picture taking etc upon pick up. Company employees opinions can be subjective, in Brooke for example. I understand Perth needs perfection because people spend some much. Also, Brooke company didn’t provide tent poles and we had to hang tent from trees and be creative for set up. Their comment was to stay within 50k of pickup the 1st night to make sure everything on the check list was provided. NZ companies seem good. Will see how company is today when I drop off. Thanks
