I was expecting a small car but got a Kia carnival. Everyone likes an upgrade but this was an absolute fuel guzzler which was a cost I had not budgeted for.

I was charged $28 for leaving the car at the after hours drop off place. I had been given a piece of paper with instructions for either drop off point And there was no mention of an extra charge to do this on the form or verbally from pickup staff I thought I was doing them a favour bringing it back early. I got an email advising this charge the next day from Matt. I did ring him and he was insisted it be paid. Actually they had already taken it from my cc without my consent. Not happy with this at all.

Transfer car was fine but travelwheels brisbane depot were not good at all.
