There was confusing from the rental car company. They invoiced me full price rental !! After a small panic and a phone call they assured me it ould be free

Maybe some contact with the rental cars before the request (for example yesterday I made a request for pick a car at4. 30 (in reality I will arrive at 5) and I have to made the request to have the rental car company details and call them

It was a great process and I am glad I went with Transfercar. Obviously it’s very specific routes, which can be restrictive, but that’s fine.

More communication on where pick up and dropoff is fortyekeys would be ideal. Perhaps a marker on a map .. Would lessen disruption. But otherwise, very good.
