Response times when booking. Need to be faster.

The pick up and drop off process was dragged on by Pegasus at both Queenstown and Christchurch. The car was also extremely thirsty on petrol.

It said a free tank of fuel on the website and then got charged for it. Completely rubbish, I’m telling everyone I know that its a rip off

Better communication as to where the pick up is, we were driving round looking around for TransferCar or Downtown car signs, there was no car manual either so we couldn't easily look up any issues we had
