In my most recent transaction, I was not comfortable with being required to email my card details to the car supplier. If this is not avoidable I would prefer to avoid the particular vendor in the future.

In the past when relocating vehicals for other companies I have NOT had to pay for fuel. The company’s have been greatfull for assistance, in relocating cars and this has worked to the mutual bennifit of both parties . With NO Fuel charge Regards Pat Mcmahon

The rental car company weren’t notified of the booking so didn’t have the car ready. They bent over backwards to sort this for us.

While the customer experience with staff was of a high standard, the vehicle was presented in a poor state in regards to cleanliness. The vehicle grooming was of a poor standard with the inside of the window extremely dirty, stains on the drivers seat and did not appear to have been hoovered. In general a good experience but understand some of these factors are difficult to control. Thanks and regards, Tony
