A one page laminated guide to the car - e.g. where the usb is, how to start, how to open rear door. Maybe also driving advice on reverse side for visitors to NZ.

My rental ended up being quite a lot of money anyway as I added full insurance cover and the refuelling. Maybe offer better no excess insurance options.

We weren’t really sure which spot to park in at Christchurch but a woman walked up and told us we were fine so we were happy with that so otherwise, everything fine, thanks for asking!

Yes. Increase the range of pickup and drop off times to match the actual availability of the location. It is annoying having to specify 4.30pm as latest and then enquire directly for a place that is open until 11pm

it was all great, besides maybe the car insurance (care free) from jucy dosen´t insure the roof, which i think is a little random, espacially driving through an area where you have hail a lot.
