More descriptive on vehicle the picture we got did not look like what we picked up in CHC - Info on what we need to take eg sleeping bags pillows etc we had duvet in van and 2 small pillows no tea towel, just to be prepared. This is our first transfer so we will no next time but overpacked on this occasion. Would like to try a bigger van next time not 2 person van

The insurance is a bloody rip off and not only that you didn't have the car I booked so I ended up with a very car to what I wanted. You're saving money from fuel and paying someone to relocate the car so you could also include some free fuel. We had a fun trip but I'm not sure it was worth 175$ insurance for 5 days?!! That's in the most expensive case at least double the price
