It is an excellent service.

Great service. Only thing I had a problem with was the insurance and diesel or petrol vehicle info wasn’t accurate. Said it was $15 to reduce to $0 excess but was actually $25 and minimum of 5 days. A diesel was advertised but it could have been either. Didn’t really matter getting a Petrol because no RUC had to be paid. Other than that, great service and have already recommended others and would use again. Thanks heaps!

No. This transfercar changed the entire trajectory of my trip, and made my travels 10-times better.

The service is much too hands off once the deal - so to speak - has been done with the hire company. It also seems like transfercar haven't gotten round to making the hire companies provide good, proper and timely information about all aspects of the hire, for example type and size of vehicle, insurance, ferry times and how to book. You know all the important details that would make this idea worth recommending. The bottom line is we are doing them a service, in return we get to use a vehicle for a few days at little or no cost, but there needs to be more recognition that we are doing them a service that they would otherwise have to pay for. All just a bit too casual.
