Maybe a preferred driver ranking if you have completed multiple relocations successfully. It could bump you up a priority list for immediate approval/confimation. Or other benefits like a tank of fuel. Given you already get a free car though that is a pretty good benefit in itself!

Maybe better screening of the companies you advertise for. Lucky rentals is appalling they charged us more for insurance than advertised and also the vehicle we booked through transfer car was a diesel and advertised as such because of the fuel savings but we were given a very thirsty petrol van and blank stares when we said we expected a diesel

no, but i feel that car companies are being a bit greedy not supplying fuel or ferry in many cases. they are getting a free service.

By specifying cars in the ads, including actual costs, not speculation. You don’t know what you are going to get most of the time, could be a smallish car (my preference) could be a great big 4 wheel drive or even a van. Why is this an issue? 1. Petrol consumption. 2 Insurance costs. If I take a chance on transfer car and get a 4WD or van that costs up to $52 per day for full insurance (which according to some websites over 80% of renters do) I will end up spending more with transfer car that just hiring a small older model car for $30 p/d with insurance as low as $18 per day (go rentals). If I know exactly what I am getting I can make an informed decision, otherwise “Hey guess what transfer car just cost me more than if I had gone with a regular rental”!!!! Get yourself properly in the game. List accurately! Then I will be recommending you left, right and centre!
