No, it was easy and quick!

Only issue I had is that I thought the car was to be returned to Auckland airport but it needed to be returned to Beach Road. It was quite inconvenient as I had parked my car at the airport. I wish this had been made clearer to me.

Time vs journey was tiring which can be unsafe. Think it should be longer - even 1 or 2 days so can rest. Should be no charge for extra days and one tank of fuel free.

Hi many thanks I Am Already recommending it to others! the whole process was efficient (although I had to Chase hertz initially when they had not reached out as I was advised they would- but they responded from There Everyone did great! **Would be Good to find insurance that is More competitively priced - As 4 days was nearly $200 and that is not a good insurance rate
