For my transfercar from adventure rental in Wanaka I had to bond 1500 NZD in my Credit Card (actually the same transaction as i had paid IT). I returned the car on the 23rd and until today, 26th the bond is not returned in my card!

Better drop off experience. I dropped car off including keys to a staff member and got called the next day when was I dropping car off as they couldn’t find it.

1-It will be great if you can provide more details about the vehicle/campervan in the description on your website. 2-let the rental company contact the selected driver few days before the journey to start managing for the journey.

Refunding my $15 for the toilet pack that I never used. This refund would be appreciated, thanks. I have been telling everyone about the relocation service and when I'm walking away I can here them saying that's a really great idea why have I not thought about that to their friends or colleagues.

Maybe provide a check list to the patron before leaving with the car to check windscreen, panels, tires, hubcaps, bumpers and anything else that they may not think about checking the condition of before departing.
