Yes, my last relocation rental was not anything like numerous relocations I have done in the past. The vehicle was woefully dilapidated and didn’t display an up to date registration. I almost decided not to carry out the relocation, but I wasn’t sure what the fallout of that decision might be. It would be good to know or have a way of finding out what to do in those circumstances.

The incorrect details (first name and date of birth) were sent to Europcar requiring multiple calls with them to fix. Europcar were unaware the transfer was supposed to come with a tank of fuel until I showed them my Transfercar booking.
