We didn’t receive the final email confirmation from the Rental Company, this was bit confusing but resolved only when we went to pick up the car. A friend mentioned having same issue in the past.

I feel Europcar is deceptive. I paid extra for different car, as I didn’t like the one offered, even though it still needs transferring to Akld. Plus when they said pricing it was excluding gst anbd they didn’t make that clear. Also still waiting on $200 bond refund. and their queues and wait time are so long, for both picking up and returning.
