Give more notice when cancelling or find another match as we had return flights booked. We did manage to organise another transfer car.

The Cancelation fee of $200 is very high, and needs to be explained better. Does this charge apply if cancelation occurs due to no fault of the hirer. What happens in a cyclone like we are having now etc?

I have given 5 out of 10 because the experience is not over yet – I have not been refunded my $200 bond or $400 fuel yet. If that goes smoothly I will give a rating of 10 out of 10.

Europcar was really hard to reach in the end when they send me an incorrect invoice. Also during the drive, i tried to reach them and on the numbers given to me no one picked up.
