first time users, transfercar process was streamlined and easy but found the ezi car rental return to nelson airport a bit confusing (car rental office not manned 2.30pm...it was waitangi day/public holiday of course) car was good to drive thx

Seems like a great system. Option for a back up insurance or a guarantee would be great, we often fly somewhere and then drive back so it would be a royal pain if the vehicle fell through. Thanks

I only book cars relocations if a tank of fuel is supplied. On several occasions - and most recently last week I have been charged a re-fuelling fee by the rental company. In the current case - $216! This is not a one-off.
