We had trouble with our payment and the link that was sent to us was a seach engine / picton tourism page. We then couldnt get hold of anyone - only answer phone and emails bounced back cos inbox was full. Then our booking was cancelled so my family was stuck in queenstown with no bus leaving that day

the process of the booking was a bit disjointed, while the staff were proficient. The person serving me was somewhat detached and disengaged from her role. It felt she was distracted with other areas of her role that did not directly have to do with processing me. However the transfercar itself was great thanks
