The lady at the car pick up upsold me insurance. Also if i didn't know how to use a smart car i would have not known how to start the car. She didn't ask if i had driven one before. She also didn't ask if i was familiar with the road i would be driving. I also had to return the car with a full tank.

Took me a wee while to find the car; maybe having the actual bay / park no: written on the card would be useful but not a biggie. I think the bay no. was indicated. Fantastic overall and will do it again.
