it worked out a lot more expensive to hire a car this way as the cars were located a long way from the airport. Ill just do the normal hire car next time and get something close to the airport.

Explaining the insurance in more details would have been a little more reassuring. Apart from that I had a wonderful trip.

Give me what is promised on the listing. Eg. if there is a tank of petrol free don’t charge me for it.

Customer service at pickup in Christchurch was appalling, along with the 2 hour wait to be served even though we had a ferry to catch (which we told them about) and the vehicle disgusting. There were complaints from other customers while we were waiting to be served. Dreadful!!

Really good service easy to use. A bit more info on the rental company would have been good, and the vehicle quality was below what I would normally expect but transfer car website was great

Have an app, or make the website adjustable for phones. I was ablr to navigate but a bit bored with the search tool. Once I searched one location I have to go back to home to search for another one. Cheers
