We was super excited and happy to find out that relocation was a possibility through you website. We signed up and made a request and get accepted. We should get a email from the operater to recomfirm, but we never got the email. We went anyway, maybe it was just a mistake about the missing email. When we were about to pick up the car at Hertz, they told us that we wasn't in there system and they didn't have a car for us. They actually didn't know anything about it. We tried to call transfercar but no-one answered. We then tried to make another request on another car but we couldn't because your website said we already had a rental car (the one we didn't get).

Just let people know they will have to pay a $100 bond with Hertz and it can take up to a week to get it back again. Otherwise it's all good. 🙂

Give out all the information from the very start. I called up a few times to change the booking name (as I realised I wouldn’t be there to pick it up - so changed it to my partner’s name) as wel as changing a few other details, pick up time etc and no one made me aware that the person coming to pick it up had to have a credit card on them with their name... I thought my credit card details online would suffice. We were only made aware of this when my partner went to pick up the car and wasn’t able to, when I called up to speak to the manager she laughed at me over the phone, very rude. Payment service was very confusing also, was told over the phone we had to pay a $250 bond however my partner ended up paying $75 insurance instead - again another option we weren’t aware of. Appalling service and disrespectful staff. Would not recommend to anyone.
