Must insist for better communication well in advance in any changes by operator have to be improved. If you can make operator to accept responsibility or liable for last minute changes is much appreciated. Otherwise, it’s the best service ever I have come across, thanks

Sorry about the initial '4' but my mobile phone screen moved as I was trying to push '10'. My experience was fantastic with 'BUDGET' and if you allow us to select a particular agency I would always go for 'BUDGET' due to my excellent experience. Kind regards Craig Harress

Jucy had no record of our booking, even though they emailed me twice to say it was confirmed. They fixed it quickly though. I generally found the rental companies slow to confirm. I had to contact them. Awesome service though, we’ve loved it.

some trips have not enough free days to make the trip safe and enjoyable. But most have extra paid days, so it can usually work out okay. Otherwise, it's great. Finding and booking a car works well.

We needed to know that there is a hefty inshrance fee and hard sell involved. It was an emotionally horrible start to our trip.

Make sure the car rental company contacts the client when the application has been accepted. They don't always do so and it creates uncertainty. E.g. Thrifty did not contact me to confirm and I only had the confirmation from Transfercar.

The number of days allowed to stay with the car and not charge anything if you decide to cancel your booking 48 hours or more than the pick up time.
