I think it should be transparent which car rental company you are dealing with before(!) you actually requesting a car. I do not understand why that is kept secret/not mentioned on the offer.

Make the insurance costs and options clearer for those booking. I read my insurance as $30 (for the 2 day duration to transfer) Not $30 per day to reduce excess to $300 from $3000

Giving an idea of the vehicle age. Having previously had quality vehicles from you, the one we transferred on this trip had very high mileage (235,000 km) and a few mechanical faults which we reported at the end of the trip.
