I had a problem with the rental company Apex, I asked them a couple of times before renting the car if they accept my chilean license with the proper translation and they told me that it wasn't a problem. Finally when I arrived at the office they told me that they won't give me the car. Thankfully Louis help me with this problem, he did an awesome job and helped a lot with this issue, that I know has nothing to do with what you do, but I think you can show at the moment of booking a relocation if the companies accept different kind of licenses or not. To have better communication between staff members when a car is dropped off at the destination so they know where the keys are and then they wont have to interrupt our time away. the car was awesome and we would definitely use you again to a different destination.
