I was interested in extending the length of time that I could drive the car (eg 5 days) but it was hard to know who to contact when I was originally applying.

When the location is “airport” on the transfercar website, I expected the car to be within walking distance of the airport. This car was a two hour walk from the airport. Not a huge deal, but my experience was so great and that is the only thing I can suggest to improve. Well done transfercar team!!!

So far I’ve had a good experience and don’t see much improvement needed but one thing is that it pick up time available between 7AM-5PM but can only pick 9AM option but otherwise all is good
