The whole process of hiring and relocating was very simple with less paperwork. Additional insurance relieved a huge part of my worries away. :)

The shock absorbers in the vehicle were in need of replacement, as the vehicle was very unsteady on the road, and very bumpy ride was experienced

Better clarity of what people could be liable for if they dont take extra insurance to reduce excess to zero... ie a $3,000 call on their creditcard which potentially could lockdown funds they planned to spend during holiday... Make all terms such as this, or extra that you'll need to pay - especially if relocating a camper - more obvious and transparency of total cost for relocation. Thanks God bless

A bit more clarity about what is paid for. Because there was the $72 on the paperwork, I assumed that the driver was covered on the ferry.

you say theres no cancellations allowed by transfercar, fees will apply, and that there maybe cancellation fees by different companies. But I have no idea of those cancellation fees until I have been accepted by a company, and then it seems there is no easy access to those terms and conditions. Too many people start using transfercar and the offers ie free fuel, start disappearing! Otherwise an 8.
