The phone ( landline )_ was not routed to Airport Office so I could not advise that I would possibly be Late.. 2. The Bond was not in evidence in the lead up or I missed the fine Print ... So hilite that early in the piece . ;-)

Some of the gear in the motorhome needed replacing, such as the fresh water hose which had 3 holes in it. In general, it was really difficult to fill up the fresh water as you couldn’t get the hose in far enough..... a cap of some kind to stop water coming back out would really help with that! Everything else was great! We had a great time relocating our RV! Thank you !

The booking was confirmed to me, but when I arrived, they had no booking in their system. I had no alternative other than to organise a car from another company. A real shame.
