you need to make it very clear on the booking page on the website, amnd also on all follow up emails that bookings are not final, and that you still may cancel the booking if you can rent the car. I had 2 girls in tears when I had to tell them that our CamperVan trip would be cancelled

It probably is my fault for not being more attentive.. I thought the insurance was included but only by blocking a certain amount of money on my credit card.. so I decided to pay the 20 dollars a day. So maybe be more explicit on the website. Overall, great experience.

Rent-a-car NZ said that they never received emails from Transfercar, meaning that it took 10 days to get a confirmed booking. Please investigate and ensure that this doesn't happen.
