I used your service quite a few times a few years ago and I always found it very good. However, this last experience I had led me to question the amount of detail that's listed: if I had known more about the vehicle I relocated this time, I would not have taken it. Also: a new idea: wouldn't it be great to have some form of insurance policy (excess reduction policy) that we could take out through you to cover all relocations? Be more selective about the companies you use. Drive NZ rental was very easy to pick up and return. However, Lucky Car Rental was so unorganized. We waited an hour in line and then they told us our car wasn’t going to be ready for at least an hour and a half. After we waited the an hour after we had checked in. A lady came up to the desk to check the status of her rental car and they said another hour...this lady had been waiting 5 hours for her camper van! We left because everyone's wait was getting pushed back.

I booked the transfer car. Arrived to pick up and the company (ace) had the booking completely wrong. Wrong pick up location and drop off location.

Yes - I had repeatedly had my Transfercar requests (which I re-submitted as soon as it expired) expire by Quality rentals 7 continouos days in a row without a response. I do not find them very professional
