be more open about the tank of petrol. it was in the fine print that I had to pay for a tank up frontl...when I picked up the vehicle.

there is nothing to improve. i was just not aware of the extra cost for the insurance for driving the vehicle. but that is necessary i understand. maybe just some more clarification on the insurance when the vehicle is booked.well very good service thank you

We recently had a problem with a Jucy transfer, not your problem but communication needs to be improved before were confident of the service again

The experience was great, with Apex rental staff being helpful and making the transaction and arranging for ferry etc, overall experience was great and will use the service again.
