It seems you're far, far better to go to companies directly as I got conned into having to pay over $50 for insurance that transfer car didn't make me aware of, as well as having to fill the car up on return, compared to every relocation vehicle I've ever got directly not having to pay either. Will actively tell people to avoid transfer car on the basis there are far better deals to be had, without hidden costs.

We booked a Toyota Aurion or similar and ended up with a Hyundai ascent which was not comfortable housewife. The other factors were insurance $50, petrol $20, motel $150, plus meals. Economically it didn't stack up and for that reason alone we would hesitate to do it again

Must insist for better communication well in advance in any changes by operator have to be improved. If you can make operator to accept responsibility or liable for last minute changes is much appreciated. Otherwise, it’s the best service ever I have come across, thanks

Sorry about the initial '4' but my mobile phone screen moved as I was trying to push '10'. My experience was fantastic with 'BUDGET' and if you allow us to select a particular agency I would always go for 'BUDGET' due to my excellent experience. Kind regards Craig Harress
