Vehicle was unregistered unroadworthy, no heater/demister, needed a wheel alignment as well as major attention to front end suspension. Car was disgustingly dirty inside.

Unfortunately the times and information provided for the rental did not line up with Apollo's conditions for relocation. Furthermore the rental time was far to short to cover the 4250 kms needed.

Vehicles need to have a complete check of every working part before they leave depot. Too often they leave with issues that could have been picked up after a thorough check .

I like the idea if the Translocation but when no fuel is included it can be expensive, my recent cost me just over $100, Melbourne to Sydney. Plus one night accommodation. When only one person becomes expensive. I will still consider looking at you site. Thank you. Graham John Bird

A little bit more flexible with pick up and drop off times its hard to do when its peak times in the weekday mornings maybe allow drivers to pick up the night befor and to do the same with dropoff .like i will be doing when i drop the bus im transporting on the 26th so much easier to do than waiting until 7 30 am ..peaktime .but apart from that its a great service you offer thank you.
