I was told it was an airport pick up so I got an Uber to the airport only to find out the car hire place wasn't actually at the airport.

It would be good to offer some sort of liability insurance option for Australia. We ended up buying a travel insurance just for that purpose since the car only came with basic insurance covering bodily harm to other people in an accident.

You should make it clear on your website that applicants should apply for more than one vehicle. I almost didn't get a ride as I'd only applied for one initially and the company didn't respond in time. Thankfully one accepted very promptly on my second go and I was able to make my connections.

More opportunity to transfer cars to different airports aside from PHX to LAX. Airports such San Diego, Burbank, Orange and others.
