I am unhappy that the credit card deposit (2000$) is frozen for two weeks when I returned the car without damage in 3days! Will relocate another one tomorrow and have to put down another (3200$) ... really!?!?!?

Total fail at pickup. Old broken rv, duct taped windows, literally!! I was expecting to transport an RV for the business, from one overloaded lot to another inventory needed location. I obviously received the RV that no one would rent, and originating location obviously dumped this albatross of an old RV onto someone else's lot for it to become their problem.

The car we drove had some service issues (it was pretty old too) but I feel like I didn't get fully informed. It's a cheap rental so I understand cars might not be super great, but I would like to be fully aware if what issues it might have before I get on the road.
