I would like to know that the drop off time is outside the company's opening hours. I would have dropped off earlier if I had known that. I wanted to be present when they checked the car over.

Companies charged fees that were not listed up front. Namely, they charged me $50 for tolls up front. As far as I could tell, I went through a single toll on the route. Regardless, I didn't know that it was coming.

Include the actual address and maybe a map of the pick-up and especially drop-off locations. It was a bit confusing where to go... maybe suggest the closest gas stations to the drop off point as well.
