I was not happy about having to pay the $120 for insurance access. I had thought that the cost of paying the petrol myself was the deal when I first accepted the job of returning the vehicle to Auckland. And on top of the unexpected insurance cost at point of pickup I was then asked to Pay my own passenger ferry fare. Wow that I refused to do. !!

contact by partner company was slow. only 10 days before 2 days after I contacted them. we did feel like the poor cousins eho were lucky to get a deal as oppoesd to we were helping each other. guys in auckland were great.

Transfercar offers a great online service. Have transferred a few cars now and there is a big difference between the hire care companies in regards to how much knowledge/information they have at time of pick up. Regards Duane

No. Only reason it isn't a 10 is cos I don't want EVERYONE knowing!!! Don't want too much competition lol. Otherwise you guys are great - systems simple @ easy. Other online companies would do well to use you as a model for there operations
