YES - Why have EV or PHEV in your fleet when the battery is never charged (according to your agent). I usually can do a Queenstown to CHC - transfer no problem on 50-60L gas tank. I had to add $50 gas to the 25-30L tank and hope to get reimbursement for this cost [which every other time I didn't budget on]
