Not really. Communication was prompt, explanation for the T C's was accurate. I would like however to know in advance which company is offering the relocation, rather than having to apply for it and then see who is the provider.

I think it would be great if we could get a better breakdown of the expected charges from the rental company. I've done a few transfers with other companies and the one I recently completed for Budget had so many hidden fees and charges. I will never do a transfer for them again.
